What We're Proud Of
Nes Bakery started as a dessert case and a Turkish kitchen table in Woodbridge — and it's stayed that way on purpose. Every cake is designed and built to order, not pulled from a freezer. Every pastry in the case was made that morning. And breakfast and lunch service still runs the way it would at a Turkish table: fresh bread, real spreads, eggs cooked to order.
We're not trying to do five things badly. We're a cake studio, a dessert bakery, and a Turkish kitchen — three things we do well, under one roof in the heart of Vaughan.
